It is an interpretation of a sword kept in the British Museum in London. The blade is forged from 5 bars welded together.
3 alternately laminated and twisted iron and steel bars + 2 steel bars for added cutting edges. The polishing was completed by hand and the blade was fully etched to reveal the design of its construction.
The pommel and the crossguard were damasked on the visible faces with copper and silver wires in a linear pattern and twisted wires of the same metals were added to the pommel.
